Bar Tartine’s Cortney Burns and Nick Balla are back converting the former Motze space into their new Central European dinner spot, Duna. Full of flavors and ingredients that remind them of home, the menu includes peasant classics like spoon salads (chopped salads eaten with a spoon), flatbreads, plenty of dips and spätzle (soft egg noodle) dishes. I especially recall the tasty Liptauer cheese dip from Bar Tartine and you’ll find it again here. A good spot for sharing many little dishes and some heartier one with friends + great wines, beers and ciders to enjoy, too. Keep popping in over time and you’ll also see the murals and art installation organically grow over time. For now, Duna is only open for dinner and lunch service is expected later this summer.
