Spotted SF / Inner Sunset / Peapod Fabrics
A teeny shop filled with the most darling collection of vintage and whimsy fabrics for all your sewing, quilting and crafting needs. There’s no other shop like it in the city. I would have a hard time choosing just one pattern, so fortunately there are baskets full of sample pieces you can sort through. Perfect for small projects. The owner especially carries a good selection of fabrics by Scandinavian designer, Lotta Jansdotter – who I’m excited to be doing a workshop with this weekend in Brooklyn!

I love your shot of spools of thread in the wire basket!
Ahhh thanks Barbara!!! I only got that shot because they were so high on a shelf and I couldn’t reach them:)
Macaron pin cushions?! How adorable is that! Really love the photo of the basket of thread, by the way!
Another just commented on the photo of the basket of thread. I had to point my camera up since I couldn’t reach it. I guess in this instance, being short works:) Thanks for commenting.
The colors are stunning!! My wife is a quilter, so I’ve been to my fair share of fabric shops. I love the natural light and the homely atmosphere.
Gorgeous pics!! Makes me want to go back and shop some more!
Thanks Sharon! It was because of your reco that I discovered Peapod and Hollow:) And I’m totally loving Hollow’s new shop Dandy, too.
